The Green Light
We got to have two consultations this week. Whew! The first was with Ma’am Weng at the Lab and other was with our music consultant Ma’am Joy at the College of Music. These were two very important meetings as they both involved crucial parts of our thesis: (1) the research component and (2) the game design.

Scouring the Net
It’s always comforting to know that you are not alone (rest in peace MJ). This is precisely how it feels when we go looking for publications or posts related to our research. Could Be?
The 20th of July will be quite memorable as that first time all of us at WSG had to present our projects to the entire lab. Each presentation wasn’t that long, given a maximum of 3mins, but it sure wasn’t a walk in the park either.
Music Education in the Philippines
We have several GBL application researches for our lab this year. Obviously we have to pick a certain topic for the game. Therefore, we won’t only be studying the Computer Science side, but also we have to focus on the subject itself, because we won’t be doing any game that is reliable and worthy to be called a game based learning application without any consultations from the professionals of that certain topic.
