Yay! This morning’s consultation with Ma’am Jocelyn at the College of Music went well. We were able to demo the current version of our project on the actual device, and she seemed pleased with what we’ve come up with. After getting her comments and suggestions for the first mini-game (Pitch), we also took the opportunity to ask about the other two (Rhythm and Melody). Her inputs on the gameplay, mechanics, and musical content of the games are very helpful since we’re not really as musically adept as we might wish we were. With that, we’re now ready to continue with the project. Wooot!

  1. Please give me a time-line on the first game so we can start scheduling the testing with the students.

    • We’ll try to come up with a more realistic time-line by this week. We’re not so sure about the one we have in our wiki.

  2. What a milestone! How soon can you incorporate necessary enhancements? When do you propose to have the alpha testing?

    • Thanks, maam! Hopefully the Pitch game should be okay by the end of the week. As for the alpha testing, we’re also not so sure yet. Maybe we could consult with you some time this week. 😛
