It’s Funny…

It’s funny how my partner and I are ecstatic in developing the thesis — we give suggestions, we want the app to be this, that. We think of virtually anything — even the impossible — to make our thesis kick-a**.

But we both hate the writing part.

More Technical Writing Rants

Okay, so I understand the literatures I’ve read (or so I know). The problem now is making a good summary of it. I’ve always known myself to be grammar-obsessed, but I want my points stressed out well, too.

The problem is, I can’t stress out my points in an organized ways. Drawing charts help a bit, but it’s not enough. This could probably be one of the effects of microblogging.

Life Frustrations

Here I go on ranting again about writing — thesis writing. I like coding, in fact I love it, mostly in languages I enjoy (like PHP, C, a bit of Java). Documentation has to be my ultimate weakness. I and JavaDocs were never meant to last forever.

Formalism was never my cup of tea. Not in words, not in clothing, not with people. See, even my last sentence was a fragment. Read the rest of this entry »

The First One Is Always The Hardest

And just when I thought my writing skills were sufficient enough, I was having a hard time writing my part for the introduction. I’m more of a free writer really, not a technical one. Thesis WRITING is a definite challenge on my part.
